- We accept returns for store credit for up to 30 days from the date you place your order.
- Refunds are issued back with an online credit.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The items must be returned with original tags still attached.
- Jewelry is not returnable, damaged jewelry must be reported and documented with photo within 7 days of purchase and store credit will be issued.
- Final Sale/Clearance are not returnable
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Credits are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
How Do I Make A Return?
- Return item in proper condition with the receipt, you must circle the item being returned. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are returning and reason. If you need a different size we will try to make that happen. Please know most things sell out quickly!
