Returns

We want your shopping experience at B darlin to be the absolute best! We hope each item you receive is "mint" for you but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below.  Return Information

  • We accept returns for store credit for up to 21 days from the shipping date.
  • Refunds are issued back with an online gift certificate.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The items must be returned with original tags still attached.
  • Final Sale/Clearance are not returnable
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
  • Original shipping is not refundable.
  • Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the online gift certificate will be included.

How Do I Make A Return?

  1. Return item in proper condition with the receipt, you must circle the item being returned.  Email shopbdarlin1@gmail.com immediately to let us know you are returning and reason. If you need a different size we will try to make that happen. Please know most things sell out quickly! 
  2. You can return items via carrier of your choice to:

Shipping

Standard shipping $5.00 Heavy and/or Fragile Shipping $10.00

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Standard shipping (2-6 business days).  Credit Card Authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping any order. Please note this can sometimes take from 24 to 48 hours. We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on the next business day. Closed Holidays. 

B darlin is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipments.
